Our unique alignment with CSU, Chico allows for cutting edge expertise in new developments of geographical information science, allowing for us to bridge the applied and theoretical foundations of GIS providing robust internships to students currently enrolled in a variety of programs and majors. Students with at least 2 semesters of GIS instruction are encouraged to apply for semester long internships that build upon the certificate program and align them with current industry requirements.
